FlaggedStocks is an automated algorithmic stock screening platform. All data, scores, outputs, and content are generated entirely by computer software with no human analyst involvement, review, selection, or judgment of any kind.
FlaggedStocks is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution of any kind, in any jurisdiction. We are a technology and data service only.
NOTHING on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All algorithmic outputs including Algo Scores, Algo Exit zones, Algo Risk Reference levels, R/R Ratio outputs, Algo Confidence percentages, and Algo Flags are raw screening data provided strictly for informational reference only.
These outputs do not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, tax situation, time horizon, or any other individual factors. No output from this Service should be interpreted as a signal, instruction, or guidance to execute any trade.
You expressly acknowledge that you bear sole and complete responsibility for any and all trading decisions you make, whether or not influenced by data from this Service.
Trading stocks, especially low-priced, small-cap, and micro-cap securities, involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Markets are unpredictable and past algorithmic output is not indicative of future results. By using this Service you acknowledge that you fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with trading securities.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access financial data services in your jurisdiction. By using FlaggedStocks you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at sign-up, following a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FlaggedStocks makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or algorithmic output. Market data may be delayed or contain errors. Algorithmic outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, timely, or profitable under any circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLAGGEDSTOCKS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THIS SERVICE.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of FlaggedStocks to you exceed the total amount you paid to FlaggedStocks in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlaggedStocks and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any trading decisions you make based on or influenced by data from this Service; or (d) any claims by third parties arising from your use of the Service.
FlaggedStocks does not act as a fiduciary with respect to any user. Nothing in these Terms or in the Service creates or implies a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or trust relationship of any kind between FlaggedStocks and any subscriber or user.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or share subscription content with non-subscribers in any form. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you. Upon termination your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FlaggedStocks regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
